Pro Rigs

Pro 16-foot rigs have a fully insulated interior foam compartment, premium interior finish, Graco spray foam equipment, gas or diesel generators, gas or electric compressors, and high-temperature refrigerated air dryers. All rigs have the Service Partners standard safety package and come with onsite training and support.

Elite Rigs

Designed for big jobs and high-powered installation teams, elite rigs are available in 16 or 20-foot trailers with premium interiors, high-end Graco equipment packages, properly sized diesel generators, and high-temp refrigerated air dryers. Included are Service Partners’ standard safety package and onsite training and support.

16′ Reactor 3 E20 Pro Trailer Package

Do you need room for two sets of foam plus your ladders, scaffolds, and field supplies? This 16-foot trailer has rear double doors, a slide-out generator and compressor, and 10,000 lb. GVWR. The fully insulated premium foam storage area has a Reactor 3 E20 Pro, heated hose and whip, spray foam gun, transfer pumps, and return kits for recirculation. The air and power systems consist of a gas air compressor mounted on a pull-out slider, a gas-powered generator mounted on a pull-out slider, and high temp refrigerated air dryer. User-friendly interior upgrades make working in this unit very efficient. It comes standard with the Service Partners safety package and onsite training.

16′ Reactor 3 E20 Elite Trailer Package

The Reactor 3 Graco equipment package in this 16-foot pull behind trailer includes an insulated foam storage area with a Reactor 3 E20 Elite, transfer pumps, heated hose, spray foam gun, Smart Supply Software technology, and reactor return kits. The premium interior package contains a tool cabinet, storage cabinets, rooftop AC, and electric wall heat. Access the diesel generator, electric air compressor, and high-temperature refrigerated air dryer in the front compartment through a side door. The 10,0000 lb. A GVWR trailer with double doors has room to carry ladders, scaffold, and field supplies. This rig comes complete with a Service Partners Safety package and onsite training.

16′ Reactor 3 E30 Pro Trailer Package

If you are looking for a powerful mid-priced rig with the feel of a high-end rig, the 16’ Reactor 3 E30 Pro is your best choice.Get premium interior features such as the insulated form storage area, FRP walls, steel diamond floor plating, interior LED lighting, a work center, shelving, rooftop AC, and an electric wall heater. The air and power systems include a diesel generator, electric air compressor, and high-temp refrigerated air dryer. This rig features the NEW Reactor 3 E30, along with an internally heated hose, spray gun, and transfer pumps.

20′ Reactor 3 E30 Elite Trailer Package

Our highest end Graco equipment package comes complete with the latest Graco Smart Supply Software technology, Graco Reactor 3 E-30 Elite, transfer pump, heated hose, and spray foam gun. The premium insulated FRP interior package in the work center and foam storage area contains a tool cabinet, storage cabinets, rooftop AC, and electric wall heat. Completing the package is a diesel generator, electric air compressor, and high-temperature refrigerated air dryer. The 20’ 14,0000 lb GVWR trailer has generous room to carry ladders, scaffold, field supplies, and three sets of foam.
